blender butter is better
start with cold raw milk cream
blend in blender for about three minutes until there is a seperation and color changes to yellow
see the butter around the blade? drain in colander to separate butter and cream.
then put the butter in cold water and squeeze into a ball... refrigerate.
what you have left is buttermilk- great for biscuits and pancakes.
